I cannot install the Brother MFC-250C printer drivers as our hard drive doesn't take the CD

I have purchased a Brother MFC-250C printer and have successfully connected it to our phone but our Partner hard drive won't take the CD. Is there any other way I can connect it to our computer so I can scan and e-mail?

Brother like many serious manufacturers provide FREE OF CHARGE DOWNLOAD. . . if any website is charging you, or want your credit card, YOU ARE NOT IN THE BROTHER Website, Once you are in the BROTHER .COM you will look for search and type : MFC-250C DRIVERS DOWNLOAD Once you are in the Drivers Pages, Select the Windows ( Win 7 it's in two main versions 32 bits or 64 bits )

You can download the drivers and support software at the official support website. Click on Downloads then select the operating system and download the full package or just the parts of the package. Next to downloads, you have manuals and other documents attached to the device. If you're using a version of Windows higher than Windows XP, please be aware that the setup package should be launched with Administration rights. After installation you might need to restart your computer. The device is found in Hardware Devices in Control panel.
