Can I use Batch Provider for quarterly payment only?

I would only be using this to pay my FUTA taxes each quarter. When I called last year, I was told that there are updates that must be run on a weekly/bi-weekly basis and that if I only logged to the software to make my payment once a quarter - that I would have to run all the updates one at a time until it was all updated -or- I would have to re-install each time (I can't remember which). Is this still the case? What extra steps are needed if I am only using this once a quarter - for 12 different EIN payments.

No, you can't use quarterly payments only because there is nowhere specified about this feature. However, you have the possibility to read all the available documents for this application. The user guide should come in need. It's located on the bottom page, the last download link.
