Unable to open image.

Question

Every time I try opening an image, I get the same message "Unable to open Image".
When I click OK, I get no image available error.

Since there is no information about it, I recommend to re-install the product then use a viewer application and open your images. If the images contain errors, the software will not open them no matter the path you choose. If the software doesn't work correctly, use another OCR application like ABBYY FineReader Home. It's practically the same operation, but with support and advanced features.
