Command prompt startup.

How do I get the docrecrypt_x86.exe program to open up in the Command Prompt screen?

You can't run the application in the Command Prompt window because it doesn't have the necessary switches to start it. The docrecrypt_x86.exe file installs the DLL file in Windows system. There is no possibility to call the file in the Command Prompt window using a command line.
