Information about Screen print.

Question

I was laid off work two years ago from this company and was just called back a month ago. Screen Print worked wonderful for me and would print whatever window I had opened. Now, it wants to print that window plus my whole desktop on 11x17 every time. I've tried to change the settings to no availability. Any suggestions?

The application offers 12 image capture modes. This means that you can configure it to capture the screen in 12 various modes. However, since this is working as a client-server, the settings might have been changed on server side. Try contacting your local IT administrator from your work and he should be able to offer you complete information about this issue. If you have the possibility, reinstall the product because this could also be a problem with the application's functionality.
