Unable to open Big Fish Casino Game.

My husband and I have had the Big Fish Casino game on our iPad for some time. We were at Tier 3, Level 113 (I think). Yesterday afternoon (9/4/14) we were unable to get into the site and are still unable today. It appears that our level and chips, gold and tickets are no longer there. We were about to buy more chips, but glad we didn't. Is there something wrong with the website?

You might need to contact the Big Fish Game Support because your account might be compromised. Access the website and then fill the field on the website. Try to provide as much detail you can about your account including payments, logs, identification numbers, etc. You will then be contacted through provided email for further actions related to your account.
