You need to use a 3rd party tool in order to reformat the tablet. For this purpose, access Google Search then visit the GSM forum and download the package. Start it and connect the tablet. Use the menus in the application to factory reset the tablet. Additionally, enable USB Debugging for the application to have access to the file system.
