Sigmastat is no longer functional.

I would like to know why my Sigmastat is no longer operational, since I have paid the fee for its permanent use. What to do?

Sigmastat is a discontinued product. According to the official website, you will need to use Sigmaplot because there is no support for your product anymore. Access the official website and use that information to upgrade from Sigmastat to Sigmaplot. Additionally, remove Sigmastat, and then install it again using a fresh install.
