Problem with Sigma Stat-Plot license.

I am trying to use our Sigma Stat/Plot program but requests a licence update. When I put in the licence I get a notice that says, "Entered new valid single user license. New license could not be installed." I have both disks for these two programs, but I can't reload and install them on our commuter. What is the problem?

The SigmaStat has been discontinued, therefore, no support can be given any more for the application. Most likely, the server that handles the licenses is obsolete now. The company insists in acquiring SigmaPlot. This is the next version (upgraded one) of SigmaStat.
