This version of the software isn't available anymore. The information on the official website specifically points that the new product is available only for Excel, therefore as a plugin.
In this case, reinstallation is the best way to attempt a possible fix to the application.
I strongly recommend using the CCleaner app as well, to clear the registry items and leftovers.
