To disable Cooee without root: Hook it up ... into the phone through your computer and search for the cooee folder ...

Go to setting,about phone,wireless update.
Install and COOEE MSLauncher disappears.

... same problem on my android phone and my anti virus says ... all apps and when I click cooee mslauncher it comes up with ... such as it can call phone numbers,read status and identity ...

Leonard Moore, many thanks! I have effectively told my security app to accept Cooee as a legitimate app. In other words, it probably is a false positive. No problem since then.
In order to uninstall the Cooee Launcher you will need to do a factory reset of your phone. There is no other way to remove this application. By doing this, you will lose all the data from the device.
