How can i get access on my polaris office?

This is very confusing. I paid for this app and haven't been able to use it. Will I get a refund if I uninstall it or are they just going to steal my money?  

hello, then why is the polaris office viewer under the top free programmes. it should be removed from there so that one can know that they have to pay for it.
