I have always used apple phones, and I am trying to factoy reset this umx phone for my granddaughter.

Power off completely, press power and vol up at same time until "no command" screen, release buttons, press and hold power button and TAP VOL UP button. Rest self explanatory

i did but says invalid sim card,i am in serbija,europe hire is different network,i bot new sim,but phone doesn't recognizing.

first switch your android device off. press the volume button both up and down, + Menu + Power button at the same time Once you are in recovery select Wipe Data then yes and restart your phone. 

I did what you told me to. and their is just a blank screen.

UMX phones are Android based which means ... enter recovery to reset your phone is: Volume UP/Down + Menu ... Wipe Data and restart your phone.
