How to unlock a UMX phone if I forgot my pattern lock and Google account details?

UMX phones are Android based which means that the only way to have access to your device is to factory reset it. The key combination to enter recovery to reset your phone is: Volume UP/Down + Menu + Power button. In some cases it's just Volume Up/Down + Power button. Once you are in recovery select Wipe Data and restart your phone.

i did but says invalid sim card,i am in serbija,europe hire is different network,i bot new sim,but phone doesn't recognizing.

first switch your android device off. press the volume button both up and down, + Menu + Power button at the same time Once you are in recovery select Wipe Data then yes and restart your phone.

You didnt do it right. the phone has to be turned off. off. off. then hold the down the buttons. if the phone is on and you try this method, it changes the country mode.
