Can t download big fish game manager?

I did try to dl a trial game and it tried to dl the manager. Both times it completely froze my Win 8 computer. 100s of dollars worth of games are now useless. Thanks Big Fish. 

If you can't download the manager separately, then try to download a trial game as it will download the game manager before installing the game.
