How to delete nikon movie editor?

This did not work it does not bring up all the programs in my computer and it does not bring up the one program I am trying to delete.

... up having their uninstallers deleted because of the maintenance ... applications (system cleaners) which delete the .log/.dat files ... comes to uninstalling. Manually deleting the application won’t do ...
