Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
Revo will take care of the registry and it will delete only the ones corresponding to the application. After uninstall operation, reboot the computer then start Revo again to check if the software is still present.
