How to stop otshot pop ups?

i never installed in the first place but it is annoying i will try retstore 

I deleted "OTSHOT" by using "restore". I restored back to March 27,2013. The "OTSHOT" appeared on April 2, 2013. It worked! Perhaps this will work for all.
