Have you ever tried getting ANY help from Lexmark ?,I guess you haven't.I bought a Lexmark printer x5495 and had NOTHING but problems with it.I wrote them SEVERAL TIMES NO REPLY from them what so ever.I'LL NEVER buy another product of Lexmark...
