If you have a problem with the keyboard, access its configuration settings from the Control Panel. Use the Search function and look for Region and Language then use Change keyboards or other input settings. Access the keyboards menu and remove everything until English remains the only keyboard in the list. Reboot the computer and then use the same instructions to add the keyboards again.

Dear Julia Bocchetta,

Thank you for your reply, please be inform that I use windows 7 operating system and I did exactly what you suggest(ask) me to do, but unfortunately it didn’t help and the problem didn’t solved yet.
I did use the desktop keyboard and seems he works properly, also I used an other keyboard and it worked properly too.
I think there is a problem with the keyboard it self .
If I write :
A its written AZ,
S its written SX,
D its written DC,
F its written FV,
H its written HN,
J its written JM,
K its written K,,
L its written L.
If we marked these fault letters on the keyboard we see that they have the same sequence.
Would you please be so kind and consider my request and help me solve this problem, or I need to buy another keyboard.
