The first thing to do is to actually add the videos again. You can do this like you were doing it for the pictures. If the videos don't appear after this process, apply a new update of the application. It should work this way. Additionally, uninstall it and then install it again. Make sure to delete all the remains from your computer (program's installation folder, Picasa folder in My Documents).
