The application doesn't offer the possibility to add exceptions for websites. The Pro version lacks this feature as well. However, my advice is to try AdBlocker. It's far more advanced and uses custom filters to block pop-ups and ads. It's available for almost all known browsers.
After installation, access the settings menu to add websites to white list.
