Update the firmware of my phone.

How can I update my phone's software version from Android 4.2 to 4.4 KitKat version? I have an Alcatel One Touch 5036D.

According to the official specs, the phone supports Android 4.2.2. There is no information about KitKat upgrade. You can check, however, all by yourself if there is an update via the OTA (Over The Air). Go to Settings > About phone > Software Update or use the official website to download the support software for this type of phone.
