Cannot place a call.

I have been trying for a few hours now to access my account and place a call via the computer software, but I keep getting "Could not configure. Please try again". Well when is again?

If you use a computer software to place calls, make sure that your Internet is active and working since these type of applications use the Internet to connect to VoIP servers. Additionally, reconfigure your account by deleting it and then add it back. If you still encounter issues, contact the developer of the application.
