Google Chrome apps for bridge game.

I have the Android Weweweb bridge game and want it on my new Google Chrome book, but can't seem to download it.

You can't install the application in your Chromebook because it doesn't use the Android operating system. The system on Chromebooks is based on Chromium without any possibility to install Android applications. I am afraid there is no possible way to install it onto your device.
