Problem with credit card charge.

I have had an account for years. I am still getting $7.99 a month deducted automatically from my account. I cannot access my account information.

If you want to cancel the membership for BigFishGames, then I strongly recommend visiting the official page for this issue. You might need to install the client again. You can do it using the games attached to your account. The client will also be installed then follow the instructions on the page and that's it. The company will stop charging your account.
