Incomplete backup of the data.

Question

I recently purchased a licensed copy of SysTools Google Apps Backup v3.0. I am using the application to backup historical documents from the Google-Drive 'domain' users.

However only the 1st 100 documents are downloaded for just the first user when running the Backup for Domain Users?

1) No additional documents are downloaded for the user;
2) Plus none of the documents for any of the other domain users are downloaded.

The software should give you the possibility to export all the documents regarding of how many you have. This could be a limitation from the Google Apps of from the application. Although, SysTools Google Apps Backup offers additional features, it's best to use the Google Takeout feature to export everything tied to your Google account, including email, documents, settings, etc.
