If the sheet is saved in an editable form, then yes, you should be able to edit it in the application used to create it or use the Export function to open it in a document processor (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access) or any other compatible with the exported file. If you still have access to the application and file, simply open it and make the adjustments or re-install the product and take it from scratch all over again .
