Can't purchase SmartMenu for iTunes from US App Store.

I'm interested in the Mac app "SmartMenu for iTunes", but it appears to be only available on the UK App Store and I am in the US. Changing my location in iTunes is not possible as it requires a physical address in the UK that is associated with my credit card. I see that there are two users from the US who have this app. Is there someplace else I can purchase it from?

The SmartMenu for iTunes application isn't available for purchasing anymore. It has been removed from the App Store and that's why you encounter the message with the country restriction. You might need to use other application instead this one. You can use XMenu, an application with the same functions as SmartMenu. It's available for free and it can be downloaded from the official website.
