How do I uninstall this PC Safe Pro? It appeared on my computer and I am so far unable to remove it. When I choose to uninstall it a banner covers the uninstall button. It pops up constantly.

Thanks for any help you can give me with this. I would appreciate it. I have called your help line to ask this question, but it just disconnects after about 45 seconds of being placed on hold.

Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.

After that, try running AdwCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys or toolbars in your system.

Additionally, if the application still refuses to uninstall, use Combofix and run it. Download and install the package and it should be removed after the scan. The Internet connection as well as running applications will be turned off or closed.
