I would like to use Netviewer to see my 4 cameras.

I have Windows 8.1 and I would like to use Netviewer to see my 4 cameras. It worked well on my laptop with Vista, but it's not working under Windows 8.1. What can be done to solve the problem?

Yes, the software is compatible with Windows 8.1 but you will need to download the latest version in order to install it in Windows 8.1. Access the website and download the setup package. Once the download process is finished, right click the setup package and run it as Administrator and it should work.
