This software doesn't appear to be available anymore which means you will have to work with what you already have on your computer. If there is a setup package on your computer and you're using an operating system higher than Windows XP, then you have to right click that package to select Run as Administrator. At this point, the package will have full system access and it should proceed with the installation. Follow the installation steps presented in the installer and that's it. At the end of the installation, a shortcut will be placed on your desktop.
