ArkWorks usage concern.

Question

We've been using ArkWorks for several years now. We understand they are no longer in business. Do we need to worry about the site completely shutting down and losing our information, or can we continue using it? Really would appreciate someone responding.

If their website is not available anymore, try to backup the application with all that it contains and then preserve the installation package and serial number to somewhere safe. In case it will not work, the backup should come in handy. You can use the application as long as you have the serial number, even if the website will be no longer in business.
