Phone with flap guard.

Question

I have a new phone Lava Iris Pro X1 with a flap guard. When I make a call by opening the flap on my phone and as the call rings I want to close the flap guard back on the phone to speak to the person I called, but the phone gets cut. What to do?

What phone are you using? Anyhow try chaning the flap guard.

The flap guard has a meaning and it's there to act as the close button. You will have to tweak the settings of the phone to be able to still talk while the guard is closed. However, the flap guard also contains the speaker where you hear other's voice. If you close it down, talking will be impossible to achieve and because of that you will need to keep it open at all times. This is not a fault or an error.
