Looking for a manual for CE-82 program. Is there one available?

There is no manual available for this application, but Google Search offers a way to download the official CHM file. It's like a manual, only that it's the official HELP area when you click Help > Contents. This is the only resource available. Visit Google Search then access the MMNET website.
