I have attempted a download operation and the software downloads just fine. If the download stops, make sure that your Internet connection is stable. Additionally, install a download manager to prevent this issue. I recommend you use FlashGet. Copy the download URL and paste it to FlashGet and the download should start normally. If during the downloading phase, the Internet will not work, FlashGet will save the progress of the download and resume it when there will be Internet activity.
