Yes, the game contains sounds but it doesn't offer a possibility to configure sound settings. This means that the game will use the default sound card in your computer. If you can't hear any sounds it's because something is not working for your sound card. Go to Device manager (Start > run > devmgmt.msc) and make sure the sound driver is installed. Otherwise, right click it and select Update Driver then install the drivers and you will have sound in your computer and your game.
