UB Reader requires password.

I have imported a .pdf file to UB reader and a password is required to open it.
This same file can be opened by Adobe Acrobat Reader in Windows 7 on my PC.
I have checked and it is not protected for opening but only for changing and printing.

How to open it on my smartphone (Android 4.2) by UB Reader?

I have tested the application and it was working just fine. There was no password prompt when I opened a PDF file. This means that there is something wrong with the PDF file. In this case, try using an online service to remove the security rights and then transfer the file to your phone and open it.
