I receive the following message: "There is currently another Cadsoft product running."

I downloaded HGTV Home and Landscape Platinum suite. I get a message to shut off another Cadsoft program that is running. I don't have another Cadsoft program. What other program could be stopping this?

Although you don't have any Cadsoft applications installed, it's very likely that there are other products interfering with the program's functionality. The easiest way to fix this is to go to Start > Run and type msconfig. Access Startup tab and then uncheck all the applications. Reboot the computer and start your main application. This way you will avoid any other complications. This is called a clean boot operation.
