You can install Skype but you will not benefit from the front camera because the phone doesn't have one. This means that the default camera will be used for video calling, so your video chat will be one-sided: either you will be able to see the other person, or visa versa as you have only back camera in your phone. You can use the Play Store application to install Skype.
