Obtain a response from WAVPedal other than a 'ticket number'.

New computer arrived with Windows 7. Authorization code will not allow me to activate WAVPedal. Trial version will not allow me to access .wav files (error message). I only get ticket numbers in response to my calls and emails. This has been over a week.

You will actually have to wait for them to respond to your ticket number. If you visit the official website, there is phone number you can call. This is a direct line to the support for this application. You can find the number in the upper right area of the website.
