To resize an image in GIMP software, you should first load an image you want to resize and then right click on the image, navigate to Image > Scale and enter the new size for your picture.

Hi You might want to try Pixlr http://pixlr.com/editor to size your images its free pretty much the same thing easy to do your image sizes give it a try
