No download button available for SilverCrest MTS2219-SL driver

There is no download button available for SilverCrest MTS2219-SL driver. How can I download this driver? Can I configure the wheel-button as double-click? If no, the driver isn't necessary.

If there is no download button available, you can always use Google Search to look for one. In fact, there is one available at the Targo Service website. Use Google and access the website and download the package. Besides driver, the installer also copies the software necessary to configure its buttons.
