Can you get DSCraft without a SD card?

No, you can't. You need to purchase a R4 Flashcard then download the DSCraft from their website. The download is provided as a RAR archive. Unrar it and copy the folder to the SD card. You can use a card reader. Insert the R4 Flashcard and follow the instructions on the Nintendo device.
