The Bluetooth driver is not working properly.

My laptop is HP Probook 450 G1 has installed a Bluetooth driver while using M76 USB Bluetooth device but can't open it. What can I do?

The laptop already has a Bluetooth module embedded into. You can install it using the official drivers from the HP website. However, if you have problems with the USB device, there is a big possibility the driver isn't compatible with the operating system installed in your laptop.
