Spacing is gone in signature emails.

Question

When a user emails me I notice that in mine and their signature the state and zip code spacing are gone. Why would that be?

It happens from time to time when signature is all completely messed up because of the servers and the way they handle the data. To fix this error, simply go to the Signature settings, copy, delete the signature, save and then paste it again and then save again and it should be fixed. The other user needs to do the same.
