To fix this error, try to reset the Internet Explorer to its defaults. This ensures that the plug-in will run in a normal environment. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset. Use the two buttons and then restart the browser. After the computer boots up, re-install the Rapidant plug-in and it should work normally.
