You can try an application from Nuance. It's called Dragon Naturally Speaking and provides automatic transcription for the detected voices. Access its website to find more information about it as well as ways to obtain a demo or to directly purchase the product. By default, the software recognizes voices, but if you can play the files that need to be transcribed, then it should work as well.
