If an institution collects CSS Profile type data independently, can they upload that data into a student's record in PowerFAIDS? If so, how?
The software accepts CSS Profile type data independently, but in order to see how it's uploaded, you will have to log-in on the members area that will lead to the user community. There you will have the possibility to post messages related to this request. I forwarded you to that location because there isn't any information about this software and the way it works. It appears it's used internally without public access.
