Since it's using Windows, you will also need to use Viber for Windows, however, the application allows you to type in the supported languages but it's also possible that once you copy and paste it into Viber window, the text will not look as it is in the main application. Yes, you can use it on Viber but only with Copy and paste feature. There is no direct input.
